30 x 30: Thirteen

This is the first outfit from my 30 x 30 challenge since I decided to mix it up with regular outfits in between these 30 x 30 remix outfits and the funny thing is I love this outfit. I didn't feel forced by the clothing choices, in fact this one felt completely natural and is an outfit I'll probably be wearing a lot this spring. I just love combining chambray, olive & cognac. They go so well together!

Winter Maxi

There's probably nothing I love more than pairing black and white stripes with denim. In this outfit I flipped my usual getup by wearing a striped maxi skirt with a denim jacket, and I'm loving the result. It's reminiscent of this outfit I wore back in March, but of course a bit more winter-friendly. This skirt is definitely a new favorite of mine. It's SO incredibly comfortable. I decided to add in some of my favorite cognac accessories to add to the casual feel. This look would be perfect for a trip the the farmer's market or a casual lunch.

Chadwicks of Boston

Cognac paired with olive is one of my favorite color combinations. I recently added this pair of cognac flats to my wardrobe, and I'm a little bit obsessed with them. Never under estimate the power of new shoes, especially if they happen to be as versatile as this pair. I own so many cognac colored accessories already but lacked a good basic flat so adding these to my wardrobe is a no brainer. They're perfect for no fuss outfits like this one.

I seriously can't believe it's already Halloween. Where did October go? I feel like I go through this every month but these last few weeks were a total blur, which is unfortunate since this is my favorite time of year. I had plans to show how I diy'd my Halloween costume and had also hoped to take outfit photos at a cemetery but time just got away from me. I am attending a costume party tonight though so I will definitely share pictures from that soon.

Shades of Fall

Two of my favorite colors for this fall are caramel and emerald green. I paired these two rich colors together for a more subtle fall look, although they both look great paired with other fall hues like oxblood or rust orange. I'd love to add more of these shades to my wardrobe, like a new hat in a deep green shade. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't online window shopping for one already...

What are your favorite shades for autumn this year? I still haven't decided which color is my favorite. Is it mustard yellow or rust orange? Maybe oxblood or plum purple? caramel or emerald green?

It may just have to be a six way tie.
