Easy Neutrals

Cardigan, Flats, Earrings - Target
Necklace - Forever21
Dress - Thrifted

I love neutrals. My closet is stocked full of black, gray, browns, and all shades of khaki (including olive duh). You can never have enough neutrals. They go with everything, including other neutrals. Most of my favorite outfits are just an assortment of neutral pieces rearranged. I don't own a lot of white or light colored neutrals though so I knew when I found this dress on a recent thrifting trip that it would be the perfect addition for my autumn/winter wardrobe. I kept this outfit pretty simple and simply layered on a black cardigan and added my leopard print flats for a basic but classic look.
I'm excited to pair this dress with some of my other favorite neutral pieces in the upcoming weeks.
Have you thrifted anything awesome lately?

  1. I'm a huge neutral fan, myself! I really need to get back in the thrifting game, it's been almost two months since I've gone out hunting for great finds. This is a great outfit, I can't believe you found that dress while thrifting! :)

  2. I'm a neutral queen myself. I just love a good neutral outfit--they're the most meticulously styled and they look so good!

I'm loving that dress, though. White is such a lovely color for Autumn/Winter. It makes me wonder why people believe that whole "no white after labor say" rule.

  3. Kassandra, I hadn't been thrifting in a while either & it felt awesome to get back out there and find something so awesome. Fall is my favorite time to thrift!

Katie, I agree with you about that rule making no sense. I'm excited to wear white all fall and winter long ;)
