I use to have a Third Eye Blind CD as my alarm in the morning when I was growing up and for the longest time that meant I didn't want to listen to them. A few years back they came into Austin and me and Anthony kind of randomly decided to go see them play. I ended up having a really great time and also getting this T-shirt. Now I can enjoy listening to them every now and then and remember all those sleepy mornings when I wear this shirt.
I of course wanted to wear a maxi skirt with it because it's apparently my summer uniform. The skirt is actually a dress that I got from JcPenney. The dress is soo pretty, and it's also my favorite color, but it's a bit on the dressy side, so throwing a T-shirt on top really helps make it more laid back and appropriate for day time wear. I of course added my favorite thrifted belt, and also my favorite wedges, also from JcPenney.
The bracelet I'm wearing was purchase on my honeymoon. I used to wear it constantly but lately it seems like it is more fragile and possibly close to breaking so I only wear it on a occasion. It's a favorite of mine, so I'm hoping to get a replacement for it so I don't risk breaking something that is so special to me. :)
The glasses were purchased from walgreens a couple of years ago, and the lipstick I'm wearing in these pictures is called Cherry Picking from Wet'nWild's matte lipstick line. It's not as red as it appears in these photos, but I definitely think it is more of a winter shade so I'll probably wear it once the weather cools down some more!
I'm not gonna lie, it was a challenge for me not to wear something orange for this photos. I don't know when it happened but I became a huge fan of orange. Lately I've been wishing I had an orange dress and an orange maxi skirt for these up coming fall months. I guess I'll have to be on the look out!
