Microwave Peanutbutter Fudge

If one of your goal's for New Year's Eve was to eat better then just ignore this post ;)
This Recipe for Microwave Peanut butter Fudge is incredibly easy to make and also super delicious.
You will need:
1 11oz bag of peanut butter and milk chocolate chips,
1 11oz bag of milk chocolate chips
1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Begin by pouring all of your chocolate chips into a large microwave safe mixing bowl.
Add the can of sweetened condensed milk to your chocolate chips and mix them until the chocolate chips are coated. Then put the bowl in the microwave cooking at 60 second intervals, mixing between cook times, until the chocolate chips have melted. (3-5 minutes)
Add the Teaspoon of vanilla and mix until combined.

Pour the fudge into a greased pan (this is a 9 by 9 inch pan) and allow to cool,
place into the refrigerator if necessary.

You can also add chopped nuts or marshmellows to further customize your fudge. Don't like peanut butter? Try white chocolate chips instead.
