A friend of mine shared this link on my facebook page, and i just had to share it here. The first ever Renegade Craft Fair in Austin. It is Free to attend and a much better way to spend the black friday weekend then fighting through angry mobs at the mall.
There will be workshops, hands on activities and even a free photo booth.
If you find yourself in the Austin area after the holidays this would definitely be a good place to check out.
i don't know about you but supporting local artists and being able to gift one of a kind handmade items sounds like a win-win to me!
The good news is that there are similar craft shows in Brooklyn, San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and London.
